You are welcome in the Village of Smeaton, situated on Highway #55, 79 kms east of Prince Albert or 63 kms west of Nipawin, in the midst of a thriving farm community.

Gateway to the northern lakes, you can enjoy great camping, fishing, and hunting or visit our park located one mile from the Village. Pineview campground is located 1 mile east and 1/2 mile north of Smeaton and has 25 camp sites and minigolf.

For your convenience there is a Credit Union, health centre, doctor, druggist, hotel and restaurant, Tea Room and Craft Shop, video store, Co-op Store with liquor outlet and bulk station, R.C.M.P., S.E.R.M., Post Office, library, grain elevators, SGI, paddling pool, recreation centre, and a newly built school.

There is an elk game farm three miles west and 0.5 mile north of
the village. A second game farm is located 2 1/2 miles east and two miles south of the village and a buffalo farm is located just 13.5
miles west of Smeaton.

Smeaton's annual Sports Day is at the end of June with the Winter Festival on the first weekend in March.
